He believes every citizen must learn the culture of taking change initiatives, filling vacuums wherever we notice any, refusing to shift blames to others for what is not working and refusing to accept any excuse for things to remain dormant.
A firm believer in a new Nigeria, the country of his birth; Sule Emmanuel believes that the future and progress of any nation lies in Entrepreneurship and People Development, and this has seen him organizing several FREE training seminars on Entrepreneurship and Business Growth Strategies, and equally provided mentorship to several job seekers to set out in entrepreneurship.
In November 2010, he pioneered the first ever NATIONAL YOUTH LEADERSHIP AND PRODUCTIVITY SUMMIT in Nigeria, which involved the likes of Former Nigerian Presidential Candidate under the African Democratic Congress and renowned Political Economist, Professor Pat.Utomi who is also Director of Lagos Business School, Chairman of OVATION International and one-time Presidential candidate of the National Conscience Party, Dr. Dele Momodu, MaviIsibor of POISE Nigeria, Bishop FEB Idahosa of Benson Idahosa University, amongst other leading change agents across Africa.
The core message of the very successful conference was to teach “50:50 — THE CULTURE OF SHARED RESPONSIBILITY” to all participants in the making of a great nation. That particular conference inspired many other change initiatives across Nigeria, including the highly-successful NATIONAL TEENS LEADERSHIP AND PRODUCTIVITY SUMMIT which presently sees several thousands of Nigerian teenagers gathering every year to be inspired and equipped for impactful living.
As part of recognition for his illustrious contribution to change and social reformation, Sule Emmanuel has gotten key mentions at several international platforms, and awards recognition, one of which was a nomination as a National Role Model in the National Gospel Awards as “Youth Mentor of the Year 2009”. He is loved by youths across Africa, and he is regarded as one of the icons of the next generation.
Sule Emmanuel is at present into full-time ministry under Omega Fire Ministry, and while he oversees the Southern African churches, he is also directly supervising the 9 fast-growing churches across major cities in South Africa, and he ministers every week at the Randburg and Johannesburg Worship Centers.
